I have constantly struggled to build a meditation practice. To be honest I was doing just fine without it but I had seen videos, articles talking about the benefits of meditation so I forced myself into it.
Instead I should have focused on being present in everyday situation. Well said!
Maybe I will meditate sometime later if I feel like it, but I won't force myself into it, because I know it won't work.
